Join in on the uplifting experience of honoring God through faith-based yoga. Seeking to deepen your walk in faith, each class will incorporate a mini bible study and follow a scripture themed format to facilitate meditation on God’s word. Both believers and non-believers are encouraged to attend as each class provides any opportunity for students to connect with the Lord. 

This yoga style focuses on the breath and flexibility. Hatha holds postures for longer periods to stretch and exercise the body. The goal is to open various channels of the body, align our muscles and bones and promote a healthy flow of energy through the body. Hatha yoga cultivates breathing and flexibility into your practice and enables students to further grow their practice.

BUTI yoga is a fun, dynamic and powerful style of yoga that combines vinyasa yoga, bursts of cardio movement and plyometrics with tribal dance and primal movement. This unique fusion style of yoga is a challenging calorie-burning workout that engages your core and incorporates movements that condition and strengthen the body. Bring out your inner warrior!

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that has become one of the more popular styles of yoga.  While similar to traditional Hatha yoga, this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid movement warms up the body, increases stamina, flexibility, and strength, as well as, focuses mind and improves overall health.
